SUGGESTED USE: Add 1-2 tsp to at least 8 ounces of hot water, let steep 5-7 minutes. Can add sweetener of choice. The longer you allow to steep the more potent the tea will be. Enjoy 2-3 cups per day, in addition to a clean healthy diet with at least 64 ounces of water daily for effective results.
