Organic Herbal Blend: Mullein Leaf, Licorice Root, Lemon Balm, Stevia, Rosemary Leaf, Elecampane, Marshmallow Root
Suggested Use: Add 1-2 tsp to at least 8 ounces of hot water, let steep 3-5 minutes. Can add sweetener of choice. The longer you allow to steep the stronger it will be. Enjoy anytime of the day.
