DOSAGE: 2-4 Capsules after dinner, taken with at least 10 ounces of water up to 14 days MAXIMUM. Do not repeat the cleansing cycle for 4-6 weeks. Include at least 64 ounces of water daily, a clean healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables for effective results.

SUGGESTIONS: Start with the lowest dosage to determine effectiveness, increase or decrease by one capsule at a time to achieve desired results. May have a mild laxative effect for some.
